Can I use my health insurance for your services?
We are in-network providers for several health insurance plans and accept insurance for mental health services - all forms of therapy (individual, marital and family). If we are not providers for your insurance plan, you may still be able to use your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. Coaching, consulting, parenting education and mediation services are not covered by health insurance.
Do you offer a free consultation?
We offer a free initial telephone consultation for all services and we invite you to call us to discuss your situation so we can mutually determine if we are the right service providers for you. If you are interested in mediation, Tanya Gurevich does offer a complimentary 30 minute face-to-face meeting with all the parties.

What are the fees for your services?
In-network fees for mental health services are established by your insurance providers. All other services -- mediation, coaching, and consulting, are billed at an hourly rate subject to terms and conditions established by the service providers. Please contact Tanya and Elizabeth directly to find out about rates for these services. Payment for services is expected at the conclusion of each appointment session unless other arrangements are made in advance.
What are your hours?
We offer flexible hours and will work with you to find a mutually convenient appointment time that may include evenings and select Saturday mornings. In addition, we offer clients an option to have a video session over a secure online site.
What should I bring to the initital appointment?
If you intend to use your insurance for a mental health service, please bring your insurance card and co-pay to the appointment. For all other services, we will explain the office procedures and policies and provide initial paperwork at the initial appointment.
